Justrite Quick Disconnect Fittings, Manifolds and Adapters are designed for use with Justrite Quick Disconnect Centura polyethylene safety cans. Choose fittings or adapters that fit with your safety can, always matching polypropylene to polypropylene and stainless steel to stainless steel. Fittings will not work with the incorrect adapter.
The HPLC Manifold Kit, designed for use with Justrite FM Approved Quick Disconnect Safety Cans, enables up to four waste lines from HPLC processes to be fed into a single intake fitting. Kit includes enough fittings to accommodate tube lines either 1/16" (1.6 mm) OD or 1/8" (3.2 mm) OD. Approximately 31/2" (89 mm) long and made of 316 stainless steel, it comes with a pre-installed stainless steel disconnect plug that fits into the stainless steel fitting on any TF or BY series or custom made Quick-Disconnect Can. Four ports are tapped to accommodate 1/4-28 threads of the supplied fittings. Peek fittings include four each: 1/16" (1.6 mm) and 1/8" (3.2 mm) OD tube fittings with corresponding PCTFE ferrules for compression fit of waste line. Four plug caps are provided to close unused ports and reduce vapor release. Multiple Manifolds may be used on a custom-designed Quick Disconnect container as long as one fitting remains unused to permit venting and prevent back pressure. Safety Can with Manifold installed is OSHA complaint and meets NFPA Code 30.
