Drum Funnels

Justrite® Metal Drum Funnels - Flammable liquids require proper grounding of the drum and bonding of the waste container. Use of a specially designed safety funnel provides a safe, convenient way of filling disposal drums. Justrite Metal Drum Funnels feature:

Gator® Polyethylene Spill Control Funnels fit all closed head 30- and 55-gallon drums. Low profile, wide diameter opening offers large "target" for quick, easy pouring. Scalloped, sloping design minimizes splash and prevents containers from resting in their own liquids. Good for passive draining of paint cans, filters, buckets and other containers. The Flammable version includes a drum fill vent with 6" flame arrester.

Eagle Drum Funnels and Funnel Covers are made to fit any 55 and 30 gallon drums with a 2" NPT bung. Wide mouth allows for easy pouring and minimal spillage. Optional cover EG-1664 keeps out dirt and contamination when funnel is in between uses.

Autoclavable Drum and Carboy Funnels
Molded, chemical resistant polypropylene funnels are autoclavable, high capacity and built for rugged use. They are steam sterilizable at 121º C (250º F). Funnels allow heavy flow for filling carboys, barrels, tanks and drums. The two smallest sizes of funnel have a molded in handle at the rim to help stabilize the funnel during use. Size ranges from 8" to 13" in diameter. Stem ranges from 0.8" to 1.4" in diameter.

Industrial Polyethylene LDPE Funnel
This 1/4" thick wall funnel is 15-1/2"H with a 15" x 5" bowl and 1" wide top flange. Stem is 5-1/2 long, tapering from 2" to 1-3/4" at the bottom. Holds 1,550 cubic inches or 25 liters (6.7 gal).

ECO Funnel™ for Drums
The ECO Funnel™ is the ultimate lab safety product for collection of hazardous liquid waste. Its unique, patented design performs two functions, acting as both a sealed waste container and a solvent funnel.

The 8" wide funnel is made of HDPE and has a 1750 mL fluid capacity. Features an easy use lid, gasket, and positive latch to close lid and maintain an air-tight seal. A filter is also built into the interior to reduce the loss of stir sticks or other particles in the waste liquid. An 11" stem also reduces chemical evaporation of hazardous solvents in the lab.

Funnels are available to screw onto either a coarse or fine thread bung opening (2" NPT, or 2" Buttress), or onto a FS70 Neck finish opening.

Polyethylene Global Funnel
Global Funnel securely fits nearly every 55 gallon tight head steel or polyethylene drum manufactured throughout the world. This "one of a kind" funnel features 8 locator feet with 4 different centers around its lower circumference. These design elements allow the Ultra-Global Funnel to fit tightly on drums with varying diameters. No more wobbles or tips

Polyethylene Burpless Funnel
Polyethylene Burpless Funnel has a built in vent that eliminates splashing and burping. It provides excellent chemical resistance-no rust or corrosion. Has a hinged lid to keep out debris and threaded brass insert screws right into 2 NPT drum opening.

Poly Funnels for use with Fill Vents
Safety Fill Vents and Fill Vent Funnels facilitate waste solvent disposal, while offering protection against spills. Built of either cast brass or high density polyethylene with a 6" flame arrester, fill vents fit a 2" bung opening. Features include automatic pressure and vacuum relief and cap with safety chain to prevent misplacement of cap.

High-density polyethylene funnel has full 9" diameter to eliminate spills and comes bundled with a brass or non-metallic fill vent or on its own.

Offset Stem Funnel w/ Filter

Manufactured of high density polyethylene (HDPE), this funnel has fine-mesh, bronze filter screen. The screen can be removed with a knife point and easily snapped back into place. The funnel resists most acids, alkalis and some organic solvents. It features an anti-slop inward flange and large, strong handle. Funnel has a 51mm (2") diameter. The stem is offset 204mm (8") center-to-center at a 60 degree angle and tapers to 22mm ( 7/8") O.D. 1 liter (1 quart) capacity, 127 x 152mm (5" x 6") oval top opening with a 102mm (4") deep cone.
