S-Model Non-Combustible Steel HazMat Storage Building Systems offer site placement flexibility and versatility and meet regulatory compliance for the storage of flammable or combustible chemicals and other hazardous materials. These Factory Mutual (FM) approved and labeled non-combustible steel hazmat storage buildings are fabricated from welded and corrosion-protected structural and heavy gauge steel to provide maximum strength, durability, containment and security. Explosion control venting (Model SE) is available, if required.
Prefabricated steel hazmat storage buildings provide safe storage of chemical and flammable hazardous materials. Buildings are available in standard sizes from 34 sq. ft. up to 642 sq. ft. to accommodate from 6 to 150 standard 55-gallon drums. Modular hazmat storage buildings are available for storage requirements exceeding 150 drums.

These units are available in non-combustible steel, 2-hour uni-directional fire-rated construction. Lockers are sized from 6’L x 3’W x 5’H for the storage of two standard 55-gallon drums up to 14’L x 6’W x 8’H for the storage of twelve standard 55-gallon drums.
Model LF/EF 2-Hour Uni-Directional Fire-Rated lockers feature space-saving storage for flammable and combustible liquids, hazardous chemicals, toxic chemicals, virgin hazardous materials and hazardous waste materials. Lockers accommodate from 2 to 12 (55-gallon) drums.
Lockers are available with Explosion Relief construction.
