International customers are welcome. Our Company policy requires that the
Billing address and Shipping address for your first order must be the same if
you are using a credit card.

RETURNS:
We offer an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. All returns must be in new, unused and re-sellable
condition, including accessories and documentation. Returns after 30 days subject
to a 15% restocking fee. No items will be accepted
for returns that have been subjected to misuse, modification, soldering,
or alteration. Prior to returning any item, please call 1-888-322-5722
(in the US; or 1-415-883-2600 outside US) for a Return Authorization Number
(RA#). No returns or credits allowed without first obtaining a Return
Authorization Number.
