- Phosphate Buffer Solution, pH 7.2
- Calcium Chloride Solution, 2.75%
- Magnesium Sulfate Solution, 2.25%
- Ferric Chloride Solution, 0.025%
Reagents and standards are manufactured according to Standard Methods 5210B for 5-day BOD Testing. Solutions conform to regulations regarding fresh solutions. When mixing BOD dilution water add 1mL of each solution to 1 liter of water.
