Description
Absolv grade Methyl Alcohol in 4 liter glass bottles (16 liters total). Methyl alcohol is a colorless liquid used in the manufacture of formaldehyde in chemical synthesis antifreeze and as a solvent. Ingestion of methanol is toxic and may cause blindness. Methanol is the simplest alcohol, consisting of a methyl group linked to a hydroxyl group. It is a light, volatile,, flammable liquid with a distinctive odor similar to that of ethanol (drinking alcohol). At room temperature, it is a polar liquid. "Absolv grade" is a highly purified grade of solvent suitable for almost all analytical instrumentation usage. See specifications for details.
