Description
HPLC/Spectro grade n-Heptane 99% in 4 liter glass bottles (16 liters total). Heptane is a volatile, clear colorless liquid with a light petroleum-like odor. It is used as a solvent and sometimes in coatings. As a hydrocarbon, it can undergo hydrocarbon combustion which gives off heat energy. "HPLC/Spectroscopic grade" is a purified grade of solvent filtered to 0.2 micron and UV transparent for most LC and spectroscopy usage. See specifications for transparency range.
