Buyer certifies that it is an Industrial User and not a consumer, and that it understands and acknowledges that this product is designed for Industrial Use only. Buyer accepts full and sole responsibility for any harm to person(s) or property that may result from the use or misuse (accidental or intentional) of this product, or from any departure from the application instructions provided on the product label. Buyer understands that this product contains chemical substances and may be dangerous or harmful if misused. Buyer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NeverWet LLC and seller from any and all responsibility for any harm to person(s) or property that may result from the misuse (accidental or intentional) of this product, or from any departure from the application instructions. Buyer acknowledges he/she is not purchasing this item for any illegal use or purpose. Buyer further understands and acknowledges he/she is purchasing this item as an industrial product for professional use.
Buyer understands and acknowledges that this product will be shipped with a Safety Data Sheet and detailed application instructions. This is a dangerous chemical and requires careful handling and the proper use of personal protection equipment, including a respirator, nitrile gloves and eye protection (goggles). Misuse or other departure from the application instructions can result in serious injury or even death. Buyer agrees that he/she is over 21, is aware of the risks and dangers, and assumes all responsibility for the use of this industrial chemical.
Buyer waives and releases all warranties, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, with respect to this product, including (a) any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, (b) any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade, or (c) any claim or remedy in tort, whether or not arising from the negligence of NeverWet LLC or UltraTech International, Inc.
