Sodium Peroxide, Technical is a solid that comes in the form yellow micro beads. It is an inorganic compound that was historically used to bleach wood pulp in order to prepare it for the use in paper manufacture. Today it is most commonly used for certain specialized lab operations such as mineral extraction form ore. As an ACS grade quality reagent, its chemical specifications are the de facto standards for chemicals used in many high-purity applications and typically designate the highest quality chemical available for laboratory use.
