Billing Terms & Conditions
When your order on our website you have the option to pay with PayPal or a credit card. Customers with Account Terms set up may also submit an order by PO. When a credit card order is placed, your credit card is authorized and a hold placed on the funds. When the order is shipped, we charge the credit card. If the order is canceled before shipment, the authorization will be voided and the funds released. Orders canceled after being charged will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of item in resalable condition. Click here to apply for terms online.

Possible additional fees and charges:

Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated at checkout. Additionally, we can use a customer's shipping account by request. Please note that we do not ship chemicals internationally or to residences.

Hazardous Goods Fees
Any product designated as Hazardous Goods requires an additional HazMat shipping fee and is not covered by our "Free Shipping in the continental USA" policy. This fee is levied by the transportation company to ensure the dangerous good is handled properly, and cannot be waived. In most cases, HazMat items cannot be expedited. HazMat items will typically be noted online, and already have this fee included in the price. However, additional handling fees may be issued for certain product or delivery situations that fall outside of standard circumstances. We will contact you for approval prior to adding any additional fees to an order.

Lift Gate Fees
Items that ship via LTL or freight will require an additional fee for a lift gate on the truck unless the receiver has a dock or fork lift. When ordering large items with a lift gate option on our web site, please select Lift Gate if a dock/forklift is not available at your shipping location.

Special Delivery Fees, Cold Pack fees, Building delivery, etc.
In the rare case of additionally levied packaging, handling or shipping fees, we will contact you for approval prior to shipping / billing.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days. Please contact customer service at (888) 322-5722 for an RMA number and return information. Have your order number ready.

Please note that returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of 10-35%, depending on the item and manufacturer.
