Rewards Tutorial: How do I redeem my points?
CP Lab Safety customers earn loyalty points for each purchase, referral and share. Points are added to your account after your order ships. They can be redeemed for discounts on future orders, gift cards, donations to various charities, and free gifts! Below you'll find instructions on how to redeem each type of reward. Redeem a Discount on your current order
Discounts can be redeemed in two ways:
- Redeem points instantly in your shopping cart. When ready to check out, select the reward you wish to redeem from the drop-down menu and confirm your choice. The discount will show at checkout.
- Redeem your points from your Rewards Dashboard. Log in (or sign up) and select the discount you wish to redeem.
Click the Confirm button to convert your points
Click the COPY icon to copy your coupon Code.
Paste the coupon code into the Promo/Gift certificate box at checkout and click APPLY. Your discount will be applied to your order.
Redeem a gift card
Points earned by placing an order are automatically awarded after your order ships. Once they are awarded to your account, gift cards can be redeemed any time from your Rewards Dashboard. Log in and select the gift card reward that you wish to redeem.
Click the Confirm button to convert your points
You'll see a link to redeem the gift card of your choice. This is also emailed to you, although it may take up to 10 minutes to receive your redemption email.
Once you follow this link, you'll be able to select the store you wish to receive a gift card from. You can choose from:
Amazon.com, Apple, Applebee's, Best Buy, Burger King, Chipotle, Columbia, Domino's, Gap, HomeGoods, Instacart, Lowe's, Macy's, Nordstrom, Old Navy, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Overstock.com, Panera Bread, Papa John's, PayPal USA, Peet's Coffee & Tea, Visa, Southwest Airlines, Starbucks, Subway, Target, TGI Fridays, The Cheesecake Factory, The Home Depot, Walmart, Walmart, Williams-Sonoma, and Zappos.
Get a free product
To redeem a free product, visit your Rewards Dashboard and select the free product you wish to add to your order.
Confirm your selection
Copy the coupon code that is shown, so you can enter it at checkout
Paste the coupon code into the Promo/Gift certificate box at checkout and click APPLY. Your free product will be added to your order.
Donate to Charity
To make a charitable donation, first log in to your Rewards Dashboard and select the charity reward.
Confirm your choice to convert the points into a donation
Follow the link to choose your favorite charity for your donation. This will also be emailed to you so you can make your donation at another time. Please note that it may take up to 10 minutes to receive your link via email.
Choose from many excellent charitable organizations, such as the ACLU, American Red Cross, Carbonfund.org, Doctors without Borders, Girls who Code, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, International Rescue Committee, Clean Water Fund and Animal Shelter Crisis Aid.
What if I lost my coupon code, or can't find my gift card?
If you faced any difficulties and need to access your rewards again, log in to your Rewards Dashboard and click on the HISTORY tab. All of your redeemed rewards are listed here, so you easily access your charity or gift card redemption links, or copy a coupon code that you have not yet used. These links and codes remain active until they're completely redeemed, so you never have to worry about losing them!
How do I earn more points?
To earn extra points, you can place more orders, refer friends, or share our site with friends. To get your personalized share links, log in to your Rewards Dashboard and click the words EARN POINTS on the middle tab across the top.
