Air Pressure Relief Valve Assembly for ECO Funnel, 1/4-28

Includes: (1) 1/4-28 Air Outlet Pressure Relief Valve (1 psi) with Viton seal, and (1) sealing nut, for use with custom ECO Funnels. Use a similar product without nut (WF-PR-118) for threading into 1/4-28 port caps.

Evaporation control units contain check valves that reduce the flow of vapor in or out of a solvent supply bottle. During a system run, as liquid solvent travels out of the supply bottle to the system, air must exit the bottle as solvent is added. This valve allows air to escape the bottle, but not enter (providing pressure relief.) Constructed from PTFE and Polypropylene with filter and Viton check element.

CP Lab Safety recommends adding either one air inlet valve assembly (WF-PR-118-KIT) or one Vent Filter (VF-201) for every two HPLC lines attached to a Safety ECO Funnel to relieve any pressure that builds up inside the funnel.
