Ferrous Chloride, Crystal, Reagent is used in the laboratory synthesis of iron complexes and as a reducing flocculating agent in wastewater treatment, especially for wastes containing chromate. The Reagent grade denotes that this chemical is the highest quality commercially available and that the American Chemical Society has not officially set any specifications for this material.
