Use The Ultra-Drain Seal Plus® protective cover for drains, grates and man-holes against accidental spills. This drain cover can protect drains outside, for a long duration. The top layer of polyethylene resists UV exposure better than the urethane underlayer, which forms the best seal.

Features:

• Urethane bottom layer keeps spills from entering drains. Flexible, non-absorbing bottom layer material is reinforced with tear resistant mesh.
• Rugged, reinforced polyethylene top layer (yellow) provides protection from extended UV exposure and vehicular traffic.*

Follow these easy steps to assure maximum effectiveness:

1. Make sure the cover is the correct size. For best results, use a drain seal which is 6" larger than the outside of the grate.
2. Applying the Drain Seal Plus®:
   1. Remove all stones, branches, or other debris off the object you desire to cover.
   2. Remove the plastic film from the Drain Seal Plus® and remember to keep it to re-apply before storage.
   3. Place the Drain Seal Plus over the drain, grate, or manhole you desire to seal.
   4. To gain a faster seal you may step on the Drain Seal Plus®. Never attempt this after spill has reached the drain.
   5. Drain Seal Plus® helps seal off drains and allows for inspection to minimize problems!
3. Always decontaminate the Drain Seal Plus® before reuse or storage.
   1. Wash the Drain Seal Plus® and its plastic film in warm water with a non-abrasive detergent or petroleum solvent cleaner.
   2. Dry both the Drain Seal Plus® and plastic film with a cloth and re-apply the plastic film.
   3. Using the tube provided, roll up the Drain Seal Plus® and place it back into the container for storage.
   4. Store the Drain Seal Plus® out of direct sunlight, and at room temperature.

*IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Never allow the Drain Seal to touch itself for long periods of time.
2. The Drain Seal will become less flexible if stored in cold temperatures.
3. Due to the nature of softer urethane, the physical properties of these products may change with exposure to certain environmental conditions like temperature, humidity and UV radiation. Please inspect the stored product regularly to ensure it is in a usable state.
