HEPA Filter for Use with AI-SPA-REV

This Filter normally should be changed when the system's source-capture suction is no longer at a significant level, even after the Prefilter has been replaced. The frequency of changing this Filter could change depending on different variables.

This Filter is used with model AI-SPA-REV.

Series 987 HEPA grade air filters are recommended for high efficiency commercial and industrial applications.

These HEPA filters are designed for use where a high degree of cleanliness is required and contaminants must be removed to protect health, products or building interiors. The filters are ideal in a variety of applications including hospitals, manufacturing plants, microelectronics component assembly, biological hoods and food processing.

Efficiency: The efficiency is 99.97% based on a near-monodispersed.30 micron size particle.

Construction

• The filter element is factory constructed by pleating a continuous sheet of glass microfiber media into uniform spaced pleats which are separated by rolled-edge corrugated aluminum
• The filter pack is encased in a rigid frame of 3/4 particleboard
• Rated to withstand temperatures at a continuous 180° Fahrenheit
