200mL Recovery Flask Insert, Anodized RED Aluminum, OptiTherm® (for use with OPT500). OptiTherm blocks provide a SAFE and cost effective solution for replacing your existing oil baths and heating mantles. The innovative PTFE shield on the unit reduces the exterior exposed surface temperature by as much as 100 degrees C. For example, the PTFE shield would be approximately 80 degrees C on a 100mL flask that is heated to 180 degrees C. Three different OptiTherm blocks are available. The OPT100 is used for 100mL round bottom flasks; the OPT500 is used for 500mL round bottom flask and the OPT1000 is used for 1000mL round bottom flasks.
