Calcium Carbonate, Low in Alkalis, Powder, ACS is a naturally found common substance in rocks and it is the main component of shells of marine organisms, snails, coal balls, pearls, and eggshells. Calcium carbonate causes a unique reaction with acids which upon contact with an acid produces carbon dioxide regardless of acid strength.
