Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium (DMEM) is a modification of Minimum Essential Medium (MEM) that contains a higher concentration of amino acids and vitamins, as well as additional supplementary components, such as D-glucose. DME-BBZ-01L-011 contains a low concentration of 1000 mg/L D-glucose, 584 mg/L L-glutamine, 3700 mg/L sodium bicarbonate, 110 mg/L sodium pyruvate, and 25mM HEPES.The liquid medium should be stored at 2-8°C away from direct sunlight.
