ScyTek's Mouse to Mouse HRP (AEC) Staining System provides unmatched sensitivity with incubation times of 10 minutes each for the Link Antibody and Enzyme Label. This kit includes our AEC chromogen, which can be cover slipped with solvent based mounting media for long term storage. Summary Protocol: Incubation with an unconjugated primary antibody specific to the target antigen. Apply Peroxide Block and incubate for 10 min. Apply Super Block and incubate for 5 min. Apply Mouse-to-Mouse Blocking Reagent for 10-60 min. Apply primary antibody and incubate. Apply UltraTek Anti-Polyvalent. Appy UltraTek HRP. Apply AEC Chomogen/Substrate for 10-20 min.
