Quick Disconnect HPLC Waste Line Adapter for Custom ECO Funnels (includes installation)

ECO Funnels can be equipped with HPLC waste line adapters, allowing the operator to connect tubing directly to the funnel. Custom installation is included in the product price. To order HPLC attached to your ECO Funnel(s), please add the desired funnels and fittings to your cart. We can install up to 6 HPLC fittings per 4" funnel and 8 fittings per 8" funnel. 

We will customize the ECO Funnel prior to shipment based on your specifications. To order waste line adapters custom-fitted to your ECO Funnel(s), please perform the following steps:

• Measure the Inner Diameter (ID) of your tubing to determine the correct size for your Quick Disconnect tubing adapter(s). Alternately, you can send us the manufacturer name and part number for the tubing, and we can identify it for you.
• Add the desired ECO Funnels and luer lock adapters to your cart.
• Check out normally.

Once we receive your order, we will email you a diagram to fill out regarding your preferred location for each waste line adapter. Once the locations are confirmed, your order will be sent to our customization team to fulfill. Most customization is completed within 48 hours of receipt of your diagram.

Our Polypropylene Quick Disconnect adapter is chemically resistant and easy to operate. By pressing the thumb latch, the coupling body separates from the coupling insert. To connect, simply push the two halves together. An audible "click" along with the secure feel assures you of a reliable, leak free connection. Each size quick disconnect HPLC adapter features an inline shutoff to prevent drips and leaks when the connection is removed.

HPLC Adapters include two components:

• 1 Hose Barb Coupling Insert (non-valved), compatible with your choice of 1/16", 1/8", or 1/4" ID tubing
• 1 Coupling Body (valved) with a 1/8" internal bore (flow path opening)
