Retainer, Vial Rack System

The Retainer for the Vial Rack System is an essential component designed to enhance the stability and security of the rack configuration, particularly when using a partial vial rack system.

Constructed from PTFE/PFA in a two-piece construction, this retainer ensures robustness and chemical resistance, suitable for demanding laboratory environments.

Featuring a tab in the center, the retainer aligns with a slot in the post, securely locking the racks in place and preventing unwanted movement or displacement during use.

It's important to note that the retainer does not replace the handle; therefore, a handle is still required for proper handling and manipulation of the vial rack system.

To simplify the configuration of the rack system, users can utilize the rack configurator tool, which automatically calculates the height of the selected rack combination and indicates whether a retainer is necessary or not.
