2,000mL Bio Bottle Assembly, 2-Port, Sterile. 38-430 cap features 1/4" ID x 3/8" OD tubing. Bio-Simplex™ sterile bottle assembly systems are available in a range of standard sizes, from 60mL to 2L. Each system includes a PETG bottle and a 2-port EZ Top® Closure Assembly consisting of a 0.2 µm vent filter, an 18" length of tubing with a plug end, a notched dip tube that extends to the bottom of the bottle and a polyethylene cap. The EZ Top® assembly is made from C-Flex® pharmaceutical grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) resin. The entire system is designed to ensure an unobstructed fluid path and extremely low levels of extractables. Each unit is double poly bagged and gamma irradiated at 25-35 kGy.

EZ Top® closures are one-piece units consisting of tubing and an overmolded stopper. Economical and designed for single use, these closures eliminate the contamination risk that can occur with repeated-use closures and play a key role in the reduction of cleaning and assembly time. One-piece construction - which employs a thermal bond between tubing and stopper -eliminates product loss and contamination due to loose connections. EZ Top container closures provide an elastomeric seal against glass, plastic and metal surfaces. They are easily used with sterile connecting devices and thermal tubing sealers, and are autoclavable.
