53-400 Green Thermoset caps with PTFE liners provide a wide range of chemical compatibility and temperature tolerance. The foam backed PTFE resists attack from virtually all chemicals at room temperature and provides resilience for a tight seal. Thermoset caps are known for providing the widest range of chemical compatibility and for being the most temperature tolerant of plastic closures. They also provide the most consistent adherence to close dimensional tolerances.
Green Thermoset Caps with PTFE liners feature smooth sides in size 20mm or larger. 18-400 or smaller feature ribbed sides for superior grip and easier removal.
