WHEATON® MicroLiter Assembled Kit Amber Vial with Marking Patch, Black Cap and PTFE Septa. WHEATON® MicroLiter Screw Thread Autosampler Vials come in fully assembled kits that are clean, sealed and ready to use. Assembled kits are shipped with the septa installed inside the cap and the cap screwed onto the vial. MicroLiter vials are manufactured from Type 1 borosilicate glass.

Cleanroom Clean

MicroLiter vials are cleaned and assembled in a Class 10,000 clean room to eliminate chromatographic errors associated with vials. Critical physical dimensions are fully tested, as well as chemical cleanliness testing, to ensure that trace levels of residues are not present. The result of this process are identical, clean, dependable vials, certified to ensure optimal performance and reproducible results. Class 10,000 clean room packaging eliminates the particulate contamination that can occur during transportation. (Note: Vials are assembled in a clean room, but the final packaging of the assembled kits is not performed in a clean room.)
