Description
1,1-Dimethoxycyclopentane is one of the high quality TCI America chemicals at Spectrum. It has the ability to undergo propargylation and allylation in the presence of indium to form homoallylic or homopropargylic alcohol. In addition, when in the presence of trimethylsilyl triflate, it can react with trimethylsilane to form the corresponding ether.
