C100s Nebulizer With Carbon Probe (100 Cm)

The C100s Nebulizer with Carbon Probe (100 cm) is engineered for ultra-high sensitivity in normal and cool plasma modes, specifically tailored for semiconductor applications.

Features:

• Microconcentric PFA s-type nebulizer
• Demountable PFA uptake line with unique zero dead volume connection, ensuring the same washout performance as an integrated uptake line
• Robust design allows for backflushing, eliminating the need for additional cleaning tools
• 100 cm uptake line, consisting of approximately 85 cm of flexible uptake line and 15 cm carbon probe
• Encapsulated carbon probe with 2.9 mm OD and 14.4 cm length, including encapsulation
• Compatible with ESI SC Micro autosampler and CETAC ASX 110/112 with new style arm (from Feb 2015)
• 6 mm OD body with 4 mm gas port
• Free aspirates at 100 µl/min +/-10 µl/min, or can be pumped
• Can use with supplied uptake line or connect directly to line from ESI FAST systems
• Gas line connection kit included. For connection to the PE NexION 2000, order Part #830-052

This nebulizer supersedes Part #800-1-010-04-00.

Note: This nebulizer is designed for use only with standard sample introduction systems (ambient temp or chilled spray chamber). Where a desolvator is used, a nebulizer type “Nebulizer for Desolvators” must be selected.
