C50 Nebulizer

The C50 Nebulizer is a microconcentric PFA nebulizer offering ultra-high sensitivity in normal and cool plasma modes, especially for semiconductor applications. Its demountable PFA uptake line with a unique zero dead volume connection provides exceptional washout performance.
