This Drum Lock Safety Clamp Starter Kit gets you everything you need to safely feed chemicals in and out of drums while minimizing fumes and complying with FDA regulations. Kit Includes the following:

• (1) Drum Feed Safety Clamp (choose your preferred model based on the color and filter type)
• (1) Replacement filter (same model)
• (1) EPDM plug fitting CFS-1013
• (1) Silicone plug fitting CFS-1012 (for aggressive chemicals such as Chloroform, Bromine and Carbon Tetrachloride)
• (10) lock-out tag-out serialized ID tags # CFS-1014 for compliance with the FDA's FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) when drums are offline

Drum feed safety clamps provide a safe, fast, effective way to increase the safety of your chemical feed system. Outer drum-lock clamp housing is made of polypropylene and is available in many colors to reduce cross-contamination of chemicals, by color-coding safety devices to chemical drums.

Hinged design allows the clamp to fasten around the filter after it is in place, securing the tubing with a simple stopper.
• Color-coding: Available in various colors for quick and effective color-coding to prevent cross-contamination and streamline operations.
• Full Compliance: Our clamps are designed to help you meet safety regulations. When used with our Solid Filter and Drum Seal Tags, they enable a compliant lock-out, tag-out (LOTO) procedure for the safe storage of offline chemical drums, aiding in FSMA compliance.

Choose the Right Filter for Your Needs

Our drum feed safety clamps are compatible with four different filter types, ensuring a perfect fit for your specific application. Replace every 3-6 months or as-needed:

• Standard White Chemical Filter CFS-1117: A flexible, cost-effective option for general use with tubing sizes from 3/8" to 1". The white filter media makes it easy to see when a replacement is needed. Radial cut in the memory foam allows for use with tubing up to 1" in diameter

• Cleaning & Sanitation Filter CFS-1118: Specifically designed for use with a standard 3/8" drum probe, this filter is ideal for sanitation applications.

• Choose-Your-Size Filter CFS-1119: A versatile filter with tear-out rings that allows you to select from four different hole sizes to match your specific feed tubing or drum probe (8mm, 16mm, 22mm, or 30mm).

• Solid Filter CFS-1120: For use in LOTO procedures, this filter prevents contaminants from entering the drum while it is offline or in storage.
