The Ultra GutterGuard® (Models 9320, 9321 and 9322) helps to keep sediments and different types of debris away from the curb inlets.

The GutterGuard is a synthetic filter manufactured from recycled synthetic fibers. The GutterGuard® is designed to filter stormwater before it enters curb inlets. It is available in various lengths and should be ordered two feet longer than the curb opening. It's the easy, inexpensive Best Management Practice (BMP) for protecting curb inlets during construction.

Applications:

Filtration of Stormwater at Curb Inlets Installation: Install the GutterGuard® in front of the curb inlet opening. Each end of the GutterGuard® should overlap the curb inlet approximately 12". The GutterGuard should be cleaned if a visual inspection shows silt and debris build up. The GutterGuard® is reusable. Once the construction project is complete and it is no longer needed for sediment control, remove the GutterGuard, clean and store it out of the sunlight until it is needed on the next project. Ponding is likely if sediment is not removed regularly. Inspection of GutterGuard should be on a regular basis and immediately after major rain events
